With my gentle approach to teaching, you will find the Hypnobirthing Australia™ techniques to be down to earth, straightforward, and easily learned. The classes are structured in a way that the support partner is encouraged to attend.
Hypnobirthing Australia™ Full Group Course

The full group course consists of 12 hours of tuition in a group setting delivered over two days from 10am to 4/4.30pm in Narre Warren South, Melbourne.
You will receive a comprehensive Hypnobirthing Australia™ folio of resources and a download voucher for two self-hypnosis tracks, an affirmations track, relaxation music, a practice video link and 'the little book of hypnobirthing' ebook.
